West Marine Drive. This 13,000 sq. ft. estate
on 2.2 acres, is a benchmark home created from the
combined visions of the owner and Jerry Ralla. The
grand scale of the project and unique design, presented
many challenges. This stunning architectural masterpiece
was built amongst several majestic towering Douglas
Fir and Redwood trees.
Tucker
Rd. This homeowner loved the neighborhood but
simply outgrew his family’s home. Jerry Ralla
worked for four months to renovate a once small house
of 1200 sq. ft. into a spacious family home spanning
over 3,000 sq. ft. As the pictures show, the renovated
home has retained its old world charm and setting
while creating a valuable investment for the owner.

Rd. This executive estate of over 4200 sq. ft.,
built on ½ acre, is a custom built home developed
specifically have the “chateau” look commonly
seen at the popular Whistler resort. As shown in the
pictures, Jerry incorporated a specially imported
California River Rock throughout the home to add a
uniqueness that the owner loves.
Berry
Rd. This home represents a unique design of a
homeowners' vision that he was not able to put on
paper. Jerry created the blueprint for this job by
sitting down with the future owners, looking at various
pictures of other homes and compiling a list of essential
home necessities and compelling design ideas. Located
on a corner lot, the pictures demonstrate how the
home was specifically designed for the corner lot
and is esthetically pleasing from both sides.
